I cannot say enough about the dining experience that you brought to our home the other night. 9 years ago, my wife Laura and I were married, as was another couple that is very close friends of ours. The four of us have enjoyed dining over the years locally and in various parts of the country at a lot of wonderful places. The thought of having an intimate dinner in our own home was very appealing. We were able to relax and enjoy each other's company without the pressure of feeling like we were on a time schedule. The food was even more amazing than we had hoped. The steak tartar, the sauces, and the dessert were incredible, not to mention the service. It was the little attention to details that really put the whole experience over the top for us. Again, Chef, I can't thank you enough for making this an evening, not to mention an anniversary, to remember.

We can't wait till our next dinner!

You and your staff did such a wonderful job catering our dinner party. I would be remiss if I didn't write you a note. Planning the meal was so easy and your suggestions all worked perfectly. The food was outstanding and beautifully served. My guests were thrilled. Last but not least, I was so delighted to go in the kitchen and find it was immaculate. All the china was washed and ready to put away.

Chef James and his wife Pam made our 42nd wedding anniversary a memorable occasion. Our service was excellent and the food was superb. Our dining room was transformed into a Five Star dining experience and there was no mess in the kitchen. The special touches like the rose for me and the apron for my husband just added to the evening. This special gift from my son and his wife was great.
