Chef James will come to your home to share and orchestrate ideas to fit your needs. Be assured that every detail will be carefully planned in order to meet your culinary expectations.

Your table can be set with linens, globed red wine goblets, elegant tall white wine vessels, along with water glasses. A soft white square dinner plate with cloth dinner napkins and silverware can also be provided with a scrolled menu wrapped in ribbon for each of your guests. Candles will be set on your table and lights can be dimmed to provide more atmosphere. You can also use your own table arrangements if you choose.

Chef James will always be in attendance along with his Sous Chef to prepare your cuisine using the finest ingredients and a world class presentation. Each course of your scintillating meal cooked ála minute prés. This will be an exceptional experience among all dining pleasures.
